Several Very Real Cubic Zirconia Benefits

Not only is Cubic Zirconia jewelry lovely to look at and extremely affordable, but there are several other reasons for you to consider purchasing some CZ pieces to add to your jewelry collection. In addition to the fact that CZ pieces are so lovely, they are also extremely durable and hard to the touch.

Here is another very real CZ benefit: Some owners of diamond jewelry like to keep some Cubic Zirconia jewelry in their collection as well. CZ pieces are great to bring with you on trips, for example, because you can be a lot less fearful about losing a Cubic Zirconia ring (or bracelet or pair or earrings) than about losing diamonds.

Of course, just because CZ pieces are a lot less expensive than their diamond counterparts, this does not mean that you won’t be just as sentimentally attached to your CZ pieces as you are to your diamond pieces, so certainly don’t go out of your way to lose any of your jewelry, diamond or CZ or otherwise (not that you ever would). But just think of the enormous financial repercussions of losing a piece of jewelry that contains one or more diamonds. Even if you have insurance coverage for the particular piece in question, chances are that you have a pretty substantial deductible on that insurance policy, so you will still be out of a lot of money if you do lose that piece while traveling, or while just going about your day to day life.

After all, everyone has heard one or more nightmare stories about people who have lost their expensive (and sentimentally valuable) diamond rings (such as engagement rings and/or wedding rings) by dropping them down a drain or losing weight and having them slip off of their fingers without even noticing (until it is way too late to do anything about it). These are genuine nightmare scenarios that no one would wish on even their worst enemies. Imagine the heartache that could be saved if the piece that was lost or damaged in such a scenario was CZ rather than a real diamond.

So, the next time you take a trip (and pack your jewelry) please at least consider buying and bringing your CZ jewelry instead of your diamond jewelry. Of course, you have no desire to lose your lovely CZ jewelry either, but if you do, it would not be a tragedy in the same way that it would be if you were to lose one or more of your diamond pieces.
